Stage Three:
Refine and Scale

Your business is running like a well-oiled machine.

Well done!  Now what?

Did you know that, according to the U.S. Census Bureau, 88.6% if U.S.-based businesses still require the owner to be there as the primary person responsible for core functions?

Now is the time to focus on your business running

like a well-oiled machine without you!

Let's scale!

By the time you reach Stage Three you will have created a strong and sustainable foundation that allows your business to scale. Progressing through Stage Three, you will have proven systems for each of your six core functions, and now will be adding controls to ensure the smooth and secure running of each one.  You will have developed a dynamic and effective leadership team that helps you plan, problem solve, and pass along your company culture.  You will have leaders in place for four to five of your six core functions.

Your company will have a strong organizational structure, and a strategic planning process for the year and each quarter, with weekly accountability.  You will have developed key performance indicators, and a transparent dashboard for your business's critical functions.  And you, the owner, will have created a company that runs seamlessly with our without your day-to-day presence, giving yourself the freedom to determine your future role in the business.

Here's a little math for you...

Dynamic leadership team
+ Engaged and empowered people
+ Strong systems and controls
+ Robust company culture

= Ability to scale
