Kathryn's Story...

​

Kathryn has a strong business background that began in her family company in Southern California with her dad as her first business mentor.  After university she went to work for an international supplier of high temperature alloys to the aerospace and petrochemical industries, where she progressed to the V.P. level at a time when women rarely had a seat at the boardroom table.  She subsequently opened her own business, which she successfully led for fifteen years, eventually selling a profitable, turnkey enterprise. 

 

Since that time her passion has been coaching the development of business owners and executive teams into truly inspired leaders who are creating sustainable, scalable companies with strong systems and controls, engaged and aligned teams within a robust culture, and the strategic processes and depth that allow owners the freedom to choose their futures.

 

She lives with her foodie husband in beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico, and when she’s not coaching you will probably find her hiking in the nearby national forest with her trusty dog.  (It is rumored that in past lives she may have enjoyed racing sailboats, skiing avalanche chutes, flying planes, climbing mountains, and SCUBA diving with sea lions.)
